        When you are in need of purchasing a Diamond, a Precious Colored Stone or a Piece of Fine Jewelry we would be the first to acknowledge that if you have just such a source in your area there may be many advantages to dealing with your local jeweler.  But we know that not everyone is that fortunate.

     We do not pretend to offer "instant diamonds" and we certainly not in the business of "instant gratification".  Purchasing a Diamond is a process.  On average, our retail clients will visit us two to three times before selecting the stone of their choice.  If you think we might be the kind of Jeweler you have been looking for, let me explain our policy for locating a Diamond for you.

    Before you start, if you are not sure just what the various terms of Color, Clarity and Cut refer to, may we suggest you first visit the Web Page of one of our prime sources for Diamonds.  They deal strictly with Authorized Dealers so you will not find information about pricing, but it is otherwise very informative.  They are WWW.SAGEMS.COM .  If you have further questions we would be happy to answer your questions directly.

        When you have an idea of the size, shape, quality and price range you are looking for and you would like us to fine a stone for you, you may do so in the following ways:

        Once we are sure of your parameters, we will contact our sources to find a stone closest to your request.  As soon as we have a stone or a number of stones located, we will contact you to inform you of our results, including all information about the Quality of the stones, Certification, if any, and Costs.  Stones that are offered will be available at the time we send the information.  Please be aware that stones can be sold in the interim so responding should be done at your earliest convenience.  It is for this reason that we may suggest more than one stone and if more than one is of interest, please indicate so.

        Once a stone has been selected we will contact you as to the method you prefer to use for payment.  We offer VISA and MASTERCARD or we will accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

        Please be assured that our approach to this process will be no different than if you were to walk through our door and inquire in person.  If there could be such a thing as a "Cyber Neighborhood Jeweler" that's what we try to be.
